This in-depth session is designed to give you real, personalised support. Together, we’ll take a detailed look at your symptoms, lifestyle, diet, movement, cycle patterns, and emotional wellbeing. We’ll explore your day-to-day routines and go deep into what’s been working, and what hasn’t, so we can create a plan that truly fits your life.
By the end of the session, you’ll receive a fully tailored diet, exercise, and lifestyle plan designed to dramatically reduce inflammation, support hormone balance, and ease endometriosis symptoms. Your plan will include nourishing food guidance and nutritional information provided in collaboration with a specialist plant-based chef, gentle movement practices (with access to exclusive yoga videos created by me), and holistic tools to support your healing naturally. You’ll also have the option to try my soothing herbal tea blend, designed by a chef with a background in herbology.
